Designing a successful event means focusing on the details. Effectively communicating a brand’s message helps non-profits raise more money. It sounds simple, but Becky’s approach sets any fundraising event apart.
Sow + Grow Gala
Hamlin Robinson School’s 2022 fundraising auction was held at the Seattle Design Center. As Creative Director, Becky was responsible for designing everything, including menus, banners, entryway motion graphics, auction catalog, table numbers, party favors, invitations, social media posts, and so much more. No detail was too small.
Camp-In Virtual Fundraising Event
In 2021, the Hamlin Robinson School auction gala was hosted virtually. Becky’s team was tasked with creating an engaging event that raised money and included kids for the first time. Design details are especially important during a virtual event, and Becky spent extra time creating a camper’s booklet with a variety of activities for young students to complete while their parents participated in online activities and bid on items. Becky also designed custom tape and other elements used in a box that was mailed home to each participating family, filled with goodies. The attention to detail in the design brought the entire event together.
Set Sail Fundraising Event
Hamlin Robinson School’s 2023 fundraising auction was held at the Seattle Design Center. As Creative Director, Becky was responsible for designing everything, including menus, banners, entryway motion graphics, auction catalog, table numbers, party favors, invitations, social media posts - she even hand carved and stamped a specialty stamp for the wine bottle bags. No detail was too small.
